Marina Fairfax (MFFC) was founded in 2019 by Marina Fairfax after 13 years as a highly sort after model agent working in both London and New York. Now based in Hong Kong and working on an international level, MFFC aims to connect the international modelling and fashion industry to Hong Kong, China and the rest of the world. With a focus on high fashion and the luxury market. Marina's casting moves with ease between both agency and talent casting at an international level. Approaching each commissions with a modern sensibility and care.

Bio
Marina Fairfax has over twelve years’ experience in the fashion industry, most recently at New York Model Management, where she was responsible for the development and management of several high profile girls, including Duckie Thot, Jazzelle, Meghan Collinson, Marland Backus, Alyssa Miller and rising stars, Unia Pakhomova, Freya Lawrence, Jessica Whitlow, Edwina Preston and Olivia Anakwe. Recruited to the company with the remit of developing international diversity, she successfully used her European and international connections to take the agency to a higher level within the industry. Prior to joining the NYMM team as senior editorial agent, Marina worked at Storm Model Management in London, famous for representing some of the world's most iconic and highly paid models including Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne. Storm Management recruited Marina from leading international agency Next Model Management. With strengths in high-fashion: editorial, campaign and shows, Marina developed lasting relationships with internationally recognised brands such as Estee Lauder, Urban Outfitters, Fenty and Falabella.
During her time at Storm Management she was the lead agent for Cheyenne Tozzi, Madison Headrick, Jade Parfitt, Adwoa Aboah and Alewya Demmisse and other high profile models. Her role included, scouting for new talent in several territories, booking shows and sourcing prestigious editorial and advertising projects for her clients.
Marina is also in demand at many modelling competitions - appearing on Asia’s Next Top Model season 1, 2 and 3, tasked with selecting the final thirteen contestants. Marina was also lead negotiator in Storm Management, the exclusive modelling agency for the show. Marina was the face of New York Model Management’s European scouting circuit. Her strong eye for new talent has proved spot on time and time again with her ability to select girls for image board and high profile clients. Notable personal street scouting signings have included Olivia Anakwe the face of Miu Miu .
